Finding stillness in the pottery process gives one an opportunity to slow down. It’s a very calming, stress releasing and meditative activity where your personal wellbeing is enhanced by the therapeutic and healing medium of clay. It’s the experience of creating with clay that helps us to release the inner calm. During this session we learn to breathe out and let go of expectations and accept that which comes from within.
